I don't think that will work, they might just call you and say they can't help since the refund department denied it bc it doesn't have a pop etc.
If this was your first SE, how about trying another site to learn experienced before?

ya they bugged me about POP and how i need to ship the old item back. Is there a way to get a monitor without sending it back.
