Advice needed for SE with Toll courier - kayinming - 01-18-2019
Hello, need some advice on my current situation. I received 3 packages, all delivered by Toll. Signature was required and I randomly signed. Two packages were from Lego and the third package was from a department store. I am claiming DNA for the third package. But Toll has responded saying the it was signed for together with the other 2 packages. I recall only signed once and they used the same signature for all 3 packages. They showed me a picture of the signature. Do u think i have a strong position to win the dna case?

Was your real signature used? If not, It could've been anyone who signed for It.

I did not use my real signature. The item is the Pikachu Switch Bundle. The thing is I already told them I did receive the 2 Lego packages already... It would have been very hard to believe if I said I didn't receive any of the 3 packages on the same day.

That will be a little tricky since if they were to get the courier to investigate, it's not hard for TOLL to look at the consignment and see that they were all scanned at the very same time. Which store are we discussing?
