Okay, I have a problem here. Im doing amazon refunding for a long time now, but this time they are not going to refund like i understod.. they are telling me that I should contact the police if I didn't find my package...
Could anyone help me? I could pay u back..

As said, a police report Is standard procedure that's simply part of company protocol to move forward with the claim.

Well tell them you recivdd the box but its empty thisnwill work if the item is small but if its like 13 pounds it wont work.but if its an amazon giftcard ure scrwed and theres nothing gou can do

I mean I wrote them that it was opened and blablabla, but they told me that I should contact the Police for this.

I believe that if you ever tell them that a package was opened they will want you to file a police report. Standard procedure from what I've heard.
