ASOS SE Question - tuilar25 - 01-04-2019 Hey, I just ordered 3 track suits and a pair of shoes from Asos. Im planning to SE the shoes only. I want to do a partial refund saying that the shoes are missing but I'm worried about them looking at the weight difference? Would it work or what should I do? (I have a very good history with asos) RE: ASOS SE Question - mothered - 01-04-2019 Packages are weighed on consignment, so If they cross-check with the carrier and there's a significant difference In weight, your SE will most likely fail. What's the weight of the shoes? You think i should try different method or stick to partial refund? As said, the partial refund/Item missing method depends on the weight of the Item Itself. If It's significant, your SE Is more likely to fail. For example, If they open an Investigation with the carrier and cross-check the weight on consignment against the delivery and there's no discrepancy, It denotes the package was received In full, hence your claim may be declined. |
