I'm not entirely sure for Canada but In the event they require a signature, Instead of using the DNA method, opt for the wrong Item received.

For the wrong Item received method, yes.
Packages are weighed on consignment so If Nike opens an Investigation with the carrier and there's a discrepancy In weight, the claim will most likely be declined.
