Amazon help - Yuninhos - 12-19-2018

hi,
i've been refunding apple wireless earpods from amazon.de Everytime i use a new adress, VPN, new CC, new number. All of my orders were under 200$ and it worked everytime. i simply said my package was empty and they would give me a refund within 2 days.
Now i want to refund a GPU for a friend of my, it costs 220$. What is the best way to refund this? Can i say again my package came in empty?
(i'm sorry for my English)

Packages are weighed on consignment, so first and foremost, what's the weight of the GPU?

Never had a ups, fed ex or usps driver weigh the package when they're getting it and getting off the truck. Those guys especially fed ex and ups are always hustling to make that next stop because once they finish the route they get to go home.

If you have a history of issues with items Amazon will flag you and they do a double check of the package before it ships.

I've seen cases where fraud (theft) was happening and they start an investigation with the postmaster general here in the united states as it's a big fine and jail time.

Now in regards to weighing packages they know the weight of the product and run packages across a scale device randomly to check accuracy and combat theft. Issue comes up with that package they flag you because they know it was weighed and product was shipped. They scan bar codes when they pick the order and soon they'll be integrating RFID like stores use because most mainstream non junk but good items that would generally retail has the theft RFID devices in them.

Put it this way if they can put you in their Amazon physical store and you pick your items walk out and be billed properly then they've got a lot of tech up their sleeve behind the scenes.
