SE Logitech Where to start and need of knowledge - 19lrak - 12-09-2018

Can someone help on where i could start? or some tips on SEing Logitech.. i was scammed on an SE service on Logitech G920+Gear Shifter and was selling on ebay... and now my customer is angry about it because of no tracking number yet.. can someone help??

There's a lot of methods used, and beyond the scope of this post to document the lot.

I don't have anything documented.

In what capacity are you looking to begin your SEing? Refund/replacement exploitation, or just exploiting the human firewall In general?

I am sorry about this question as i am not aware of what are the difference of Refund/Replacement exploitation and exploiting the human firewall.. could you please enlighten me with a few word of how they work..

In other words, refund/replacement as you read on this board with Amazon, Logitech and so forth. This Involves the company and for the most part, the representatives.

Or human manipulation (exploiting the human firewall), that's purely based on social engineering the person In question.
