Are there any dutch people on this forum, i'm asking this because I need a "Videoland" account which is only for Dutch people.

Why not hook onto a VPN connected to a Netherlands server and create an account?

When you register they ask to link a CC, or a dutch bank but I've tried linking my VCC and it didn't work.

I wasn't aware of the Dutch CC/bank details required as part of the registration process.
