SE Questions - KingC33 - 11-27-2018

- Is there anyway to determine whether an order will require a signature or not?
- What payment method? As a refund done to a GC means regardless you'll have to buy something (lose some money). But obv a CC is traceable.
- The selling of re-sent/refunded items will raise alarms with the b@nk/paypal if you consistently receive amounts of money through eBay. And also take cash out to buy these GC's.

It's not possible to be conclusive based on general terms.

What company are you looking to SE, Inclusive of the Item(s)?

I was going to use Amazon as a starting point and see how it goes from there.
Mainly going to target computer parts/technology.

So like for example, would an I7 7th gen (roughly £300-400) require a signature?
I assume phones are fairly pointless to SE, due to blacklists and GPS tracking?

In my experience, a signature was required more so than not.

In terms of the cell phone being tracked, you can disable the sensors responsible for tracking such as the GPS (obviously), magnetometer and barometer sensor. The IMEI will most likely be placed In a pool of blacklisted numbers so upon attempting to activate It with a given carrier, It will fail to do so.
