amazon se - SawThemEyes - 11-26-2018 hey i am a new member and new at seing, my question is that i ordered 3 pc parts a cpu, motherboard and a gpu i want to refund the gpu cause i am going to return the motherboard and cpu anyway what the best way to do this. i was gonna use that gpu is missing in the box but it a rtx gpu and it big and heavy, don't they weight the packages? Would that way work, any other advice would be appreciated. RE: amazon se - mothered - 11-27-2018 Firstly, welcome to our community. Packages are weighed on consignment, so If the Item registers a noticeable weight, the Item missing method will most likely fail. You can use the "wrong Item received" method, by purchasing something that they stock (Inventory), Is significantly cheaper and weighs around the same as the GPU. When they request the return, send the Incorrect Item. RE: amazon se - SawThemEyes - 11-27-2018 Can I send a different item in the same box like a 1060 in a 2070 box would that work RE: amazon se - mothered - 11-28-2018 (11-27-2018, 04:01 PM)SawThemEyes Wrote: Can I send a different item in the same box like a 1060 in a 2070 box would that work It does tend to work, but It's not possible to be conclusive. It depends on the number of claims they have to process, and whether they have time to check their returns. |
