Has anyone tried StockX SE? - IronmanXLR - 11-24-2018 I was thinking about trying and was curious to see if anyone has successfully. RE: Has anyone tried StockX SE? - mothered - 11-24-2018 Their terms are contradictory. They first state: Quote:Due to the nature of our live market, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size. However, further down the page: Quote:StockX verification tags that are attached to items must not be removed, or the items will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance (including damage in transit). So as per the above quote, they do In fact exchange/refund- they're simply stating It's eligibility. This Is where the loophole Is. Contacting them In 3 business days and establishing the grounds on which a refund/replacement Is given. Quote:If there is a problem with an item you received, you must contact us in writing within 3 business days of receiving. RE: Has anyone tried StockX SE? - Nutany - 11-24-2018 I might be wrong here, but aren't you fucking the guy over who sells his stuff? Seems kind of douchy, but feel free to correct me here. StockX does a quality check then sends the shoes to you, so if something happened via transit or if the shoes weren't as described that would be on them, not the seller. At least I would assume so... |
