Question about Zalando - H3RR3S - 11-23-2018 Hello My friend works as a postman and he told me Zalando never asks for a signature, so this meand I can easily use the DNA method right? RE: Question about Zalando - mothered - 11-24-2018 Certainly so. The Item being "delivered" Is one thing, and "receiving" It Is another. Their records will show It's been delivered but as far as you're concerned, you didn't personally receive It. RE: Question about Zalando - enether - 11-24-2018 What is the basis for calling a DNA? If I order something to come to my office building and the tracked package said it was delivered, could I still claim *I* did not receive it? Couldn't Zalando just delegate it to the shipping company's fault? RE: Question about Zalando - mothered - 11-24-2018 (11-24-2018, 01:53 PM)enether Wrote: What is the basis for calling a DNA? As mentioned above, there's a big difference between delivered and received. Unless a photo Is taken to confirm receipt of goods, they can only mark the package as being delivered to It's destination address. Whether the consignee personally receives It, Is a different thing altogether. RE: Question about Zalando - Vanfuzzy - 11-24-2018 Just remember not to pick express delivery with Zalando UK as DHL will not drop your items off without a signature. |
