Does anyone have any experiences with them? Espescially when it comes to laptops.

Many refunders offer services for Microsoft, so I'd be inclined to say that's the best way to go

Microsoft are a lot more difficult than others.
You can use the DNA, but expect an Investigation and quite a few Issues back and forth thereafter.

I've experienced just over 6 weeks of pounding from Microsoft, until they finally gave In.

It was a refund that passed through a lot of representatives and departments, back and forth with contradictory Information and deliberate waiting periods In an attempt to Induce me Into giving up.
A very lengthy process.
