[Logitech] No response? - Jora - 11-19-2018

So I've contacted them via email and they haven't responded to me. It's been two days and still no response. Did I do something wrong? Or are they just slow via email support?

Yeah don’t worry. They’re just really slow. Takes me about 3-5 days to get a response from them.

They are always slow via email and it can take up 1 week before they reply.
Calling is much faster, but they will ask alot of questions.

They're slow to respond but you can contact them on twitter or simply call to speed up the process.

What's the nature of the SE, meaning exactly what are they replying to?

For example, If It's an Investigation, a delay Is expected and considered standard procedure.

hei mothered i can tell you they are normally fast, but lately there have been too many ppl SEing them with 1 person opening up to 10 cases( yes they are greedy), they donthvae that much staff to follow it up. So case takes a long duration to get solved.

It does vary and In terms of being Inundated with claims, I certainly agree with you.

Appreciate your reply.

Update #2:
After 2 days of waiting for a response, I decided to reply to them stating that it has been 2 days. Monday, 11/19/18, came and they just gave me a replacement after that. Now, I'm just waiting for the tracking number.
