i want to ask is it doable.
they weight there orders. with tracking information so DNA doesnt work,

DNA will work. Just because It was tracked as being "delivered" to your address, Is not an Indicator that It was "received by you" at your address. There's a big difference between the two.
That aside, the "wrong Item received" or "Item missing" method clearly works. They've SEd themselves via their terms:
Quote:If there is a item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item
