RDP as in from one Windows machine to another? From what I know there are RDP artefacts left behind on the remote machine when you connect such as event logs. AFAIK, I'd say Tor is the most appropriate for anonymity, VPNs for privacy. I think Tor is more geared towards providing anonymous servers rather than the other way around, i.e. the people browsing with Tor.

thanks a lot for your reply.
I was meaning using vps using RDP.
so I guess Tor is more anonymouse

For your purpose, use Tor.

You'd also want to anonymize your entry point to the Tor network, by using Tor bridges. For added anonymity, It's good practice to run a VPN alongside Tor, preferably two. Not all are compatible with each other, but as you can see In my setup below, ExpressVPN & ZenMate VPN work well together.

Your connection will be "VPN > VPN > Bridges > Tor > Exit Node > Your Website".

appreciate Mothered!
is it too inconvenient to work on Wordpress on Tor (also on VPN)?
since it's too slow and I don't even know its possible.
but if its possible, guess its so anonymous.

You're welcome.

Due to the Tor circuits, relays/nodes, there's certainly a decrease In speed and when combined with a VPN, further delays are expected. It's all a matter of need vs want- In depth anonymity, or speed with mediocre anonymity.

You could use a vps and connect to it through using a proxy-chain and then from the vps you can access the website or whatever.

But seeing are you are in a country were there are laws in place to stop certain website you could just use a proxy in your browser or turn a vps into a vpn using openvpn from another country.

I would personally use two VMs one running whonix and the other running a operating system can bridge the internet from the whonix box to the other os.

I say use Tor when you are on the dark web.
