Logitech - GotCamo122 - 11-02-2018

I'm new to this forum but I've been on leakforums (Before it got stupid) and sociallyengineered for a while and have been SEing for a while though I'm not very proud of that, lol. I recently tried SEing again for the first time in a while so I figured I'd do something easy that I've done before and try Logitech. I've done the G920 before with relative ease but this time those stupid Punjab's at Logitech customer service are playing hard to get. I convinced them I couldn't ship it back because I work during the day so I'm not home (which I do), so they asked for a picture of the bottom where the serial number is and a handwritten note with my case number on it. I've given them the pictures of the serial number I got from an old ebay posting nobody was looking at (I changed them up so they didn't look the same) but I can't get the handwritten case I.D for obvious reasons. Also I had to really try to figure out the serial number as the picture was not to best and I think I got one of the last numbers wrong so they can't find the device in their system, so that may be an issue but so far I've basically just confused the fuck out of them and told them part of the tag is worn off and my camera won't let me zoom in any further to get a clearer picture. Any advice or help would be appreciated or if anybody has a G920 that could help take a pic with my case I.D and the bottom of the device (and not show your serial number) that would be awesome.

Sometimes you just get a bad rep. I've heard people re-try the same excuse with a new S/N and case and succeed.

So I'd get a new S/N and try again, Goodluck.

I've been in contact with 4 diff reps and a supervisor, so it's not the rep i'd say it's more that these idiots are like drones and just follow policy no matter what. But from my standpoint there is still potential with this case, just looking to see if anyone else has some tips or can help with pictures.

What was their response to this?

If you need a serial for the G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel, let me know. I have quite a few.

Another serial would be great if it's not already used. So far I've convinced them that I can't get a closer picture of the serial number but they still wanted a picture with the case I.D. Atm i'm waiting for their reply, for some reason one of the reps I spoke with on the phone created another support case and today I got an email saying my issue with my G920 was resolved (they closed the extra case they created) and a few hours later I got another email from them asking for the picture of the case I.D again and they would replace it. I'm going for the "I just got an email saying my case was resolved, why are you asking for more pictures after I've already sent you all the other ones you wanted" (playing dumb/annoyed) routine. So if anyone has a G920 and can take a pic with my case i.d or photoshop it in that would be great.

They're working In contradiction, which Is extremely poor customer service/support.

Check your Private Messages. I've sent you two serials.
