I want to try to SE a Nintendo Switch trop Amazon France.
I have a very old account 5-6 years old and i never ask a refund with.
Do you think if I use the DNA method, it will be work ?

Yes, it is best to call in person. Also say that it's weird because you usually have it the day of the estimated delivery date. If you're a prime member then even better.

If you've prepared and executed your SE effectively, there's no reason why the DNA method will not work.
It's best for the Item to be shipped/FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon) rather than dealing directly with the seller. Better to go with familiarity (Amazon).

Get another family member to pick the parcel up, or do it yourself (probably more safe).
Ensure you do a fake signature (don't know if it matters much, but why not).
Also, make sure to be consistent when creating your story and don't be ridiculous. It'll help you a lot. One thing I like doing is "building a character", it helps, at least for me

Just to add to this and to what others have said above. Calling is the most effective way to convey your emotions. You're a distressed customer who has relied on amazon for years and years but they fucked up and it's your sons/wives/girlfriends/fish's/dogs birthday and they REALLY wanted that switch.

For future reference, this Is what's called "Fulfilled By Amazon" (FBA). Amazon stores the seller's Item(s) In It's fulfillment center and Amazon ships It on behalf of the seller. As such, you deal with Amazon directly, not the seller.
