You're one of the few users I've come across who Is running the 32 bit architecture of Windows.
I assume you have the hardware to accommodate 64 bit?

yes i have 64bit capable but i donot want to loose and its full of 500 gb data that why i never update my windows 7 and i use pendrive to boot in linux 64 bit .

Simply backup your data on an external HDD/SSD, and hit a clean Installation of Windows thereafter.
