Logitech Invoice - Nutany - 10-23-2018 So Logitech has now requested a VAT invoice, how have your experiences been, in terms of crosschecking? RE: Logitech Invoice - Jimbo39238 - 10-23-2018 Why don't you go the "gift" route? Considering Logitech checks receipt I've never been asked for one by claiming it was a birthday gift or if your character is an eSport player it was provided by the organisation and wasn't paid by you. He already told me he said he bought it from Amazon. To avoid this in future I would read policies beforehand and make sure that they cover purchases from sites like gumtree (which in this case Logitech do) to stop something like this OR use a company whose receipts are easy to get like Amazon (since they don't check) or use a service like @Thom9s. If you are UK based, I know they don't check Currys receipts. I've done this a few times already. Or you can say that you made a mistake. And that you have bought the same product twice. And the second one you bought it somewhere else. RE: Logitech Invoice - mothered - 10-23-2018 Simply tell them you've lost It. Who prioritizes their receipts over everything else? We're all human, forgetful and susceptible to making errors and the sooner they realize that, the quicker they'll process your claim. |
