Zara - jstarc - 10-20-2018

Has anybody refunded the clothing store Zara? If so, was it partial or full?

I'm in the UK so anything specific to that would be nice if you have any info / experience..

Asking as I know a lot of uk clothing stores have cctv in warehouses for partial etc

Once It leaves the warehouse, their cameras are of no significance.

As far as you're concerned, one particular Item was stolen during transit, hence partially received Is a partial refund. Moreover, If you're selective by opting for an Item of clothing that's extremely light, the weight on consignment Is also Immaterial.

As mothered said they can only prove it was in your parcel when it left the warehouse, the delivery driver isn’t taking CCTV of the parcel as he is driving Wink

Yea I know what you mean but I like to keep the driver out of it, if possible anyway. So if I could say it wasn't in there without saying it's tampered it's ideal
