Based on our investigation, we will not be able to issue a replacement / refund for this order because the package weighed 0.3 kg when it left our distribution center.
If you think the article has been stolen, please report the case to the local authorities and send us a PDF copy of the complaint to the address

We remind you that the report must:
- be signed by the Police and countersigned by you
- contain a date and a protocol number
- contain the order number, a description of the content.
- If it is delivered to a third party, the name of the person to whom it was delivered.

You just need to get a fake police report, you can get one made for you. Or alternatively just file a real one

Yep, either get a fake police report (be cautious if they look up the number) or file a real one. Heard Europe was harder so good luck.

Falsifying a police report can have serious consequences, legality-wise, so don't do It.
Amazon simply require the report for administrative purposes to fulfill your claim. Provided your method leaves no room for error, comply with their request and get the report.
