I found a good resource for pictures and complaint letters
https://www.pissedconsumer.com/

Like, if you want for example to make a complaint about a detergent, get some pictures from a complaint about Tide and send them to Persil.

I've read a few and although they haven't been resolved, the nature of the complaints can be used as a general guide when SEing companies.

Cool resource, have always used reviews from Amazon and other retailers. Thanks for the share.

It seems if you wade through most of the bullshit posts, you actually can find some decent excuses for refunds. Solid source.

This site would be a really cool resource if all of the pictures didn't have a watermark on them. Useful yes, but it makes it much more of a hassle and increases your risk of failure.

Agree.

Although It can be somewhat of an arduous process for the Inexperienced, remove the watermark via Photoshop.
