They want me to ship it it, how to get around? Logitech - Eremicus - 10-11-2018

I'm trying to SE the G933 Headset from logitech. I called them after they'd been taking too long to reply, and the S/N was correct. They said that once I shipped back the headset w the elabel they will send me that I will be sent the replacement.

What's the work around for this? Can I get away without boxing them?

Just email back and fourth, make excuses, etc. I.e, you’re out on a job, out of the country and there isn’t time to send a product back and receive a new one. Make them feel sorry for themselves, they’ll give in! - surprised, just did a G29 and G933 and they never requested any sort of product back!

Best of luck

As the dude above mentioned, inisist it is difficult for you to send it back. Depending on what issue you told them it has, if you used only one side works you can tell them you have an eSport tournament this weekend and even one side of Ur headset is enough. Just a example.

Sometimes people just try it again with a new serial and Kabam.

If It comes to the above, let me know- I have hundreds of serials for the G933 Artemis Spectrum Wireless 7.1 Surround Gaming Headset.

In answer to your question, based on a similar principle, refer to my post (#15) In this thread.

I tried making it seem like a major inconvenice to send it back and I was in a call with a rep for quite some time. I said that I was in an out of state university and wouldn't be able to ship it back for two months. Then they asked if someone at my home address could send it and I complained that my elderly father wouldn't be able to. He then said that the UPS can do a pickup in that instance. I've made a new account with one of the codes you graciously sent me, but I'm wondering how do I get around this when they inevitably ask me to send it back in.

Tell them that they heated up and caught fire, causing superficial burns and as a safety precaution, you Immediately threw them out.

Headsets/headphones can catch fire, Irrespective of their type.

Have you actually registered the headset under an (new) account you made?

I actually did that before your reply, I said it started smoking and I threw it out. They asked me to send proof of purchase so I made a fake receipt. Hopefully they buy it.
