investigation/more refunds - GREATWHITE - 10-09-2018
Hi everyone so i had someone doing refunds for me they ended up scamming me and taking off i was just wondering if you guys know the #1 rated amazon refunder or top 10 refunders in this forum also when he took off i tried doing my own refunds using the empty box method and this is what was said

Vishal: I was checking that when we shipped the item and when it was marked as delivered on your address, the shipping label and the information of the carrier acknowledged the weight of the item meaning that it was there then delivered, due to that I need to open an investigation.
Me: sure
Vishal: I'm much confident that we will be able to find out the issue with the package please allow us some time to complete investigation. I request you to please contact us again after 3 business days.
Me: ok sure thank you
Vishal: You are welcome.

Me: yeah sure

so what i did was contacted them a second time and this is what was said

Me: Hi
earlier today i contacted you guys regarding this order
Roshita: May I know the issue you ae facing with this order?
Me: well there was an empty box but i just talked to my brother and he told me he took the cable out of the box
Roshita: Just to confirm, you have received the item?
Me: yes i have received the item =)
Roshita: wow great!
Me: yeah i am so happy! well have a nice night enjoy!!!!!!
Roshita: I appreciate it. have a great night!
Thank you for contacting Amazon. We hope to see you again.
well i have more refunds i wanna do but im not sure if i can do them on this account should i close my account?

You might want to remove those order numbers if they are real. I would suggest not using that account anymore.

Do remember that goods are weighed on consignment, so If you're going to use the Item didn't receive (empty box) method, the Item must be suited to the method.
For example, If It were a Ram stick (that barely registers a weight), you'll get away with It. Also, an Investigation Is part of company protocol and not an Indicator of a failed SE.
Learn by your experience by taking the positive out of the negative- you know what "not to do" the next time around.

ppl seem to have no knowledge regarding the matter and came to forum to complain about their failed SE. this lead to so many of the methods being saturated, i am sure there are plenty of guides around and ppl doesnt seem to care. LIke u said always, always prepare for the upcoming SE
