PSN code refund with Amazon - moneymaker6660 - 10-06-2018
Hey guys, I was wondering about getting a PSN code, £30 in credit and going on live chat and telling them it does not work. Unlike g2a, Amazon will claim responsibility and possibly offer another code for the same amount of money. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Well, you've answered your own question.
A typical error message when trying to redeem It Is "The code you entered Is not correct or may no longer be valid" (or something to that effect). Use that as part of your SE.

Update: I got a refund guys. Took no longer than 5 minutes via live chat. I purchased a £30 psn code off amazon.

maybe it was because there was a long waiting period after the transaction before the code came through

Me: i can send you proof if you need sir
Sathvigar: Please be informed that as a standard policy, Games, Game Items, and Software Downloads are not returnable after purchase.
However, because of the circumstances, I've made a one-time exception and issued a refund in the amount of 30GBP.
Me: thank you sir!
I will repurchase code

Good job but If anyone is doing this type of thing on Xbox, please be careful, I have a friend who used an Xbox Live code given to him by friend who was Microsoft employee, and had his account permanently banned because the code was "stolen". I know it isn't the same situation but Microsoft doesn't play. Same thing happened to the Microsoft employee, she also got her Xbox console banned.
