Just saying that eBay offers discount on labels you can act like you are selling something and then change all the address info, This allows cheaper boxing if the company does not provide a label.

Seems like this will work nicely.
Just one question, do they scan the label against the address It's Issued against, thereby It's dedicated to that account and any changes will be detected?

They do if the seller is selling to an ebay buyer but not in this case where you can edit to change that.

No, it will not unless you are creating a label for something you already sold/selling which isn't hard to mess up since its telling you if you wanna create a label for that specific item or not
