Method:
1. Email or get in contact with them using the contact form. Say something along the lines of, it tasted bad; made me sick ect..
2. They will reply asking for POP and batch/serial number. I sent a fake Amazon POP of their carb killa shake, x3 packs of 8 bottles. Send the POP and tell them you threw them away due to the fact you didn't want anybody to get ill (if you used the ill method). Or go to a store who sells them and write down the codes off the bottom.
3. You will get a reply stating they can't do anything since you don't have them anymore if you didn't have the batch number. If you did have batch number they will offer you replacements. If not, go on to step 4.
4. They will try and be persistent to not offer you any replacement. They will also try and say that it's Amazons responsibility ect ect. Stick at it and fire off a few more emails saying that you're a long time customer. After the 4/5th email they will give in and offer you replacements as a "good will" gesture.
