Tech company experiences. - Nutany - 09-30-2018 Which tech companies have you made good experiences with only SE ( not buying an item not boxing just writing )? RE: Tech company experiences. - AllWrappedUp - 09-30-2018 I was about to say if you're going down the refund route - Bestbuy, Newegg etc. are easy RE: Tech company experiences. - Auftot - 09-30-2018 I recommend Lucidsound, took like 4-5 emails and they sent a new one. Also SS, and Logitech are pretty easy. RE: Tech company experiences. - mothered - 10-01-2018 Provided you've done your research and prepared, formulated & executed your SE accordingly, "anyone" can be SEd. In answer to your question, Logitech Is one of the easiest. RE: Tech company experiences. - Jimbo39238 - 10-01-2018 Where are you based? Logitech is most definitely very easy in US however if you're in Australia it's more difficult however still boxable
RE: Tech company experiences. - Nutany - 10-01-2018 I live in Germany, made bad experiences with german supports. Always get asked to return the item. Most companies will request something- the Item returned, a receipt, Image and so forth. You need to be prepared to deal with such requests. RE: Tech company experiences. - Nutany - 10-01-2018 I'm still trying to get a wheel from them, its kinda hard to box that since it weighs too much. Be sure to document and update to help others out too. Did they offer a refund option? or was it replacement only? RE: Tech company experiences. - Nutany - 10-01-2018 They only offered replacement. |
