What Is It?
It was a package with a few items, t shirts jeans etc but weighs 1.2kg.
I just used DNA with them and they said they will contact Evri and contact me within the next 2 days, I understand this is standard procedure however do you think since they took a picture they will deny my refund and I will then have to pursue it further?

You can, but they will tell you to wait a few more days and to call them again.
