I can just spend the whole evening in front of my laptop and watch soap operas. The main thing is that no one distracts me.

A tip I learned and almost use daily is mostly for school or work but all you have to do is break down the time in an hour, 1 hour is 60 mins, half of that is 30, half of that is 15. Take the base 15 and multiply it by four, now you have an hour (60 minuets). Think of each hour as 15 minuets only four times, soon you will feel time simply walk past you like your on the streets of NY. I hope this helps!
