My question is - I've seen a lot of people say FTID is the shit or say that it is terrible. My question goes to the people that have success with it - is it like common FTIDv3 type shit or something more refined?

I just recently did a missing item SE from Amazon before doing my research and finding this place but didn’t take into account the weight and panicked slightly when they mentioned a police report, although I know now it’s nothing to worry about, a refund seems out of the picture. What are the risk with a chargeback and what would their investigation uncover/ lead to.
