the typical sentence "in ur area a lot of similar cases" which is totally wrong. They just wanted me to go to police dep if I wanted to, even after 2 weeks of email exchange with meta, they still did not give a f***

I had the same situation, did an EB and they refused to refund. But the good news is that I then filed a chargeback and they still haven't contested it after more than a month
