What about peb method i had a friend who tried it, with nike with 1 pair of shoes and socks, he said only the socks came and the girl said something like
"A pair of socks dont weight 1.4kg"
"Nike is a famouse company and known for not sending empty parcels"
"Theres alot of info on the internet about how to scam nike, i know about that"
I told him to call them and say how disrespectfull and unprofessional the support was and that she was basically calling him a scammer and saying that nike makes 0 errors is just stupid.
How do i counter them measuring the weight in eb or peb.?
I heard of buying 2 products that have the same weight but i dont know how that would change anything

Tried what you said, spoke to multiple agents and tried to escalate but they all said because they can’t verify the report, I have to wait 50 to evaluate next steps.
Do you have any experience of what to expect after it goes the distance?
