It'd be Interesting to establish whether Meta do not respond to PayPal disputes In Its entirety.
Might it be more convenient to initiate a dispute right of the bat before or after first contact with meta? assuming they don't respond to disputes.

The inconsistency with Meta as of late is laughable, they've gone from approving some claims, denying others and now appear to be processing advanced refunds when most of these claims are of a similar nature if not identical smh.
