Starting to see many irregularities with this now, Im wondering if the next port of call will be to initiate chargebacks and see if they are disputed.
They seem to be deliberately vague with the police report requests.
Will they be willing to provide refunds upon receipt of a police report? That is a question to be asked and answered.

Still working although it took 20 days and an email threatening them that I would chargeback via my b8nk due to section 75 of the consumer cred1t act. I think mentioning this pushed them to refund me so if you are in the UK and trying this, perhaps mention the consumer cred1t act to speed things up.

Hey Guys, wanted to give an update regarding Meta and PayPal. I opened a dispute with PP and meta never responded to it, just had to wait the 2 weeks they give the merchant to respond.

It'd be Interesting to establish whether Meta do not respond to PayPal disputes In Its entirety.

why are they talking about the courrier as the boxi was sealed and empty which means the problem is linked to meta itself
