When it comes to picking up the package, I just gave the package number, I was asked to provide a confirmation code to which I replied that I do not have it (because in fact I did not get it anywhere o.0) after presenting the situation that I did not get the code anywhere The lady from the store called the ups mail service, the service officer advised her not to issue the package, but she did the opposite.
Maybe better option in this situtaion gonna be cancel the refund?
