From meta in reference to the parcel the courier never delivered. I'm curious as to how their going to deal with this as they are well known for not cross referencing with the courier.

As you stated before they have essentially DNAd themselves    so without jumping the gun I'm wondering how much of a dent this has put in the future EB as it could be flagged for multiple claims?

I mean it's of no fault of mine they couldn't forfil their contract so I'm preemptively trying to predict the outcome.

Update -

Upon checking on our system, the package is still at the possession of the courier and is moving as scheduled/in transit. For now, please take note that shipping and delivery times may vary based on your region, holidays and weather conditions. However, should there isn't an update with regards to your package, you can be sure of that we will keep it on track as we highly take this matter importantly on our end.

I've asked for this to be escalated further as I'm going around in circles, first it's an ongoing issue, then it's supposedly moving as scheduled - it's not. The courier has explicitly stated they cannot find the package after searching for it, it seems there is little to zero communication between them which in this case is backfiring.

There Is an array of Inconsistencies with their assessments, as well as contradictory Information with their replies.
