If I may and the OP doesn't mind me answering your question.
As opposed to conventional Ice, dry Ice melts at a much slower rate. As such, the weight will be there during transit (giving the Impression the Item Is enclosed) but not on receipt of the package by the seller.

Hello. I am trying to refund a gaming pc for 1079 CAD with tax. They told me to report to police.
Will I get my refund after I give them police report? In total, i got around 45 orders and refund one of them and this is the second one I am trying to refund. Customer since 2016.

Best way to SE a GPU return with Amazon? Return with old GPU in box and play dumb? Say the GPU in the box isn't the same as I ordered? The boxes come shrink wrapped, does that matter? I have a 3+ year old account with hundreds of orders if that matters

For me, I'd say Amazon. Mainly because I can create a receipt in 2 minutes with IE.
I'm starting to find more websites allowing btc. This is huge for us SErs as btc is supposed to have no trace.
What is IE ? How can I create my own receipts?
