The superiors may be their Immediate superiors, but not on an escalation level.

Apart from the CEO, there's always a higher rank.

Anyway, they don't answer me anymore. In fact, they are vicious, they are protecting their colleague who insulted me, under the pretext of data or privacy policy issues. Also, they play the fool. When I ask for an escalation, they ask their superiors. Now, when I ask the superiors to ask for an escalation, they say that this term does not exist in their customer service. And all this in 3 working days. If I continue like this, they will be so much that the paypal claim will not cover me anymore lol.

Do you have enough evidence to support a PayPal claim?

I just recently did a missing item SE from Amazon before doing my research and finding this place but didn’t take into account the weight and panicked slightly when they mentioned a police report, although I know now it’s nothing to worry about, a refund seems out of the picture. What are the risk with a chargeback and what would their investigation uncover/ lead to

Rather than hijacking this thread, I suggest creating one of your own.

Already the fact that I couldn't even make a return. Legally, they don't have the right to refuse me a return (in my country, the seller has to accept any return within 14 days and doesn't really have the right to refuse, it's a right of retraction). Moreover, I can also say that their agent disrespected me and they refuse to give me a copy of this chat (maybe a pressure from PayPal will make them give this copy). Then I have to invent a valid reason just in case to avoid them asking me to return the pair. Do you have an idea?

They're all In support of your claim, so they can certainly be used as evidence of noncompliance from the company.

Nice, do you have an idea of a pretext in case they ask me to send the pair back? It would be impossible since I have had them on my feet for 2 weeks.
And, when making a claim from Paypal with the above mentioned arguments, how does it work? I have never done this before.
