Had previous experience with Ontrac deliveries from BB. This time it's from nordstrom

Do note that Nordstrom Is difficult to deal with when DNA'ing.

They tend to claim they're not responsible for lost shipments.

I shot them with the DNA. Rep told me she requested investigation with laser ship and will have them contact me in 1 BD and if it cant be located to contact them back. Have you had the same scenario?

Mine was different because I had already reached out to lasership before nordstrom, so the carrier investigation was completed first which quickly gave nordstrom their answer and the conclusion ground to grant a refund, seeing as it was just dropped at my door. No worries though, I'd say just wait and you'll be there too. Keep updates.

Sent an email to laser ship today after i got denied, currently waiting on a reply. crazy part is the package was not dropped off at my door, but elsewhere in my area. ND also said they are willing to work with police if i choose to open an investigation, but I don't want to do that. Hopefully Laser ship saves this. Any tips or advice? I can dispute on pay pal but i wanted to save that for something bigger.

Did the delivery research team email you after you contacted customer service, or were you denied upfront?

I chatted on live chat first, a day later the research delivery team emailed me denying the refund. I am waiting for laser ship to reply back now.

Yeah thats commonly what I hear Nordstrom throwing at people. You can request GPS tracking or whatever (small amount) of information Lasership has to bring back to Nordstorm, preferably a different rep on livechat, giving them proof that the carrier provided did not accurately deliver the package to the correct address/didn't deliver it at all. Remaining adamant is key here, they did NOT "fulfill their part." Having the parcel delivered incorrectly. If they 100% will not budge, threaten chargeback on the grounds that you have proof of non-delivery, that can sometimes bring a rep back over to you. Past that point it's your choice if you actually want to go through with that, Paypal tends to side with seller upon GPS tracking proof, but since you really do have proof of non delivery/lasershit has complete inability to provide proof of it, you can include that in your claim and I'd be very surprised if they denied you. I understand wanting to save that Paypal claim for a rainy day but better to use it then to let it sit, either way, your choice to make. Good luck, and thank you for the update.

I am going to wait and see what information laser ship replies back to me , then recontact nordstrom.  They told me their going to stick with the original decision they chose after i stated i have not personally received it.  Send me some luck m8

rep apologized for not having my package delivered, then opened an investigation. She told me to re contact them back after I would get an email from delivery research team.
