Funny thing is this worked to my favour. I have sent them my address and they mistyped it and sent it to the house on the next road with the same number.

I contact customer service and they see that they out in wrong address and re send the package and I go over and knock on the other house and get the package.

Now I got two of those vaporizers.
Excellent.

They SE'd themselves.

No chance i'm wasting my time with ups they take the piss

It's not your responsibility to deal with the carrier.

They do It through an Investigation.

gonna give this a try. though im located in a country with very strict drug laws i doubt the pax 3 is even sold here but fingers crossed let's see how it goes.

With Pax - they're not responding to your concerns, so It must be dealt with by someone on a higher level.
