Big Update: they (Acer) just announced that they will send a new laptop.
The only problem now is receiving it because I used fake name and fake adress.
DHL is bringing it.

It can also be changed through the DHL EasyShop account.
So I tried everything and couldn't change anything. The only option (even when calling DHL) was to give it to an neighbor...
The problem is I used an adress where an old house WAS.
I saw the tracking info and that the package should arrive today.
So I drove to that adress and saw that the house is GONE! xDD
FML
I waited there like 3 hours and no DHL car was there and I got the notification later that day that the package will be send back.
I already contacted Acer about that but they don't respond that fast......

It could take up to one week till they send me the laptop.
The good thing is they don't have the 2020 model anymore at the moment so they've sent me the 2021 model which costs around 300-500€ more

As I said before (idk where) the SN is from a school laptop and now they want a POP.
I said it was a birthday gift.
What if they send me the money on my real bank account and lets say the school laptop get broken?

And also, since they did not had the 2020 model in stock, did you used a VCC to 'avoid' to paying for it?

Without going Into specifics, DHL Is one of many carriers that I'm well-acquainted with their operations.

Whether It takes a week or a month, the fact Is your claim has been approved to receive a current model laptop.
