nope, i had claimed empty box for the first time which included cooler and cpu (shouldnt have done both just cpu) then second time i had claimed my brother misplaced it and upon opening the box the cpu was missing however everything else was inside

I'm just going from memory.
i had said empty box first time like nothing inside box then got asked for PR, waited a week second time i went in they said i have seen you have reported you did not receive item and need a pr, to which i said my brother misplaced it in my room however the CPU is not inside to which they repeated weight, scans upon delivery was correct and would need a PR again

Comply with their request for a PR and use the corrupted file method.

exactly lmao, i had sort of bitten the bitter bullet of accepting it flopped however seeing what you said i would need to check your blog have a rough understanding of it but would i be sending a actual PR or just a random corrupt file

as i didnt want to do a pr originally with filling it out with all personal details, would they act the same and close the case or as it looks kinda suspicious due to it being a while would it be a different process for me then simply closing the case and sending that to amazon
also on amazon it says i can return till 31 January 2023 but the refund replacement policy is 14 days no? would i still get refunded even if i bring a pr report after all this time.
sorry for late reply i kind of just accepted that it was not going to go my way.

okay i will redo the process and make a full pr report with personal info and see what happens.
