again so i would go on live chat asking them to send the evidence straight away or try the same thing again with missing item and hope someone else overlooks if not then follow up again with the sending evidence
-also considering this part when i go onto the live chat and click the bot options which lead to get a representative like you can select problem with order "missing item" and then refund or replacement then it gives me options where i can click missing parts or accessories then a required reason i put " id put everything in box but the cpu" , then to a page saying to confirm did not fully complete the page to return as i wanted to get ur opinion on this first.
these was the option for they give to resolve
- get live support
-contact the manufacturer
-refund to amazon account
-refund to the payment method originally 5-7 days after receiving item could i not just say its misisng and return it that way with cpu cooler and all?
would this work as im claiming the cpu was missing

yes this is using the amazon bot though, after it redirects me to the return page as i said above and then after a minute or two that question comes up to follow up with a different problem or speak to associate but it does give me the option to return for missing item and then give a reason

i see was seeing a different way as if i go live chat i have a feeling they will deny or ask for a police report again seems like they've got a flag on account so before they try help all operators can see my before claim for empty box and obviously using the chat return way seemed like a bypass so i thought id ask before doing and being charged 3 months later...

i tried again today with another person she mentioned the same thing that they have asked me previously for a pr and will need one to resolve the issue
went with the pushing for evidence she said the item was scanned upon delivery and the weight was displayed, i then mentioned about everything is inside but the cpu she then said we do not have pictures of that as it is boxed by manufacturer, to then i replied so how can you determine whether i got everything upon delivery to whhich she replied again with the weight stated and to bring a police report if i want to advance the issue
this seems like im flagged by getting the same responses would i have not been better to do the boxing method beforehand.
