So I will order everything and claim the gpu is the wrong one, and send it back with a different GPU that i have ordered from another account?

Hi mothered, i ended up ordering a cpu seperately , ryzen 9 which it said was 97 grams. I therefore tired the empty box method, they said after investigation the weight is the same and the OTP was given therefore they need police report. I got the police report and crime reference number but theya re asking for the actual police report. The met police in the UK are not going to give this to amazon adn even to myself ( i woul dhave to file with a seperate office and pay and wait a few months for it). I got the police to email me confirming "the case is closed and it was for theft and we have noted the items were delivered but they were empty" but amazon are stiill not accepting this and trying to call the police to verify. The met police will not co operate with this as only the victim can ask for that stuff but amazon dont seem to be able to understand this.
Is my only option to chargeback (debit not cc )as i didnt use paypal. Or shall i keep trying with amazon.

You've done everything on your end to comply with Amazon's request, which Is now up to the police to provide the details as requested. It's no fault of your own that the police cannot fulfil their role. On these grounds, request your claim be escalated, and be sure to mention what I've stated.

As it was on my girlfriends account, I called up 6 times until i got through to a supervisor who was prone to a bit of flirting and got her to do the call haha. All sorted now. Perseverance is key, even if they say sorry the protocol is x, it definitely is not always the case.

Hi there,
I was just wondering what the best possible method would be to Social Engineer a £2000 Gaming PC that has been purchased from John Lewis, The delivery service used by John Lewis was "DPD", and one thing to note was that the driver rang the door bell and left this very expensive package outside my door, and on the tracking website they claimed that "Your parcel has been delivered and received by SHAY at 09:50 on Sat 19 Nov 2022" when I was not even present to begin with, as can be seen in the delivery photo below.

I would be immensely grateful if you could advice me with what you think would be the best course of action to take in regards to Social Engineering this item.
