Has anyone attempted to hit them twice? I decided to order a second device under a different name, credit card details and address using VPN.
Gonna go wild with this one, but the refund was initiated in less than an hour.

Been 6 weeks and still waiting on my replacement, in the final stages of completing the paypal dispute (hopefully in my favor). When can I turn on the device? What is going to happen to the RMA, will they cancel it if they see that I have been refunded ny PayPal?

Did you say that the quest box was empty? As in the headset was missing?

Did you say that the brown shipping box was empty, and there was no quest box inside?

Thanks! I'll report back later today with the results. I feel like I could get away with DNA too since UPS isn't requiring a signature upon delivery.
I'll stick with what's been working for everyone though.
