This is for the people that haven't received the download link yet. If I am thinking about the correct method I've seen around DNM's it should be the same one.
---
1. Go on eBay and choose the device you want to SE from Apple.
2. Look for the IMEI on any of the listing pictures or request it from the owner.
a. Try not to sound fishy when you request it. Be polite.
3. Once you have the IMEI of "your" device, go to the Apple Support website.
4. Look for the device you want and go to the "Repairs and Services" (something like that) section.
5. Choose a problem that they would need to run physical tests to check. A broken OS or a non functional home button should do the trick.
6. Once you answer all the questions, they will ask for an IMEI, enter the one you found on eBay.
7. There will be a couple more questions asking on how you would like to make the return request, choose the one where they ship an empty package to your house and you ship it back "with the phone"
8. Wait 1-2 days for the package to arrive.
9. Once the package arrives. you need to open it and make it look like the package was opened and the phone was ripped out.
a. Make rips and slashes, make it look like it was stolen.
10. Send them the empty box, in 2-3 days ask for a status update on your repair request.
11. They will try to hold you off for a while, they'll say the package hasn't gone through the necessary steps or come up with an excuse. This is fine.
12. After a couple more days of nagging they will tell you that your phone didn't arrive and is appeared to be stolen. They will track the IMEI and it will appear in a spot far away from where you shipped it from.
13. Use your SE skills from here, they will send you a new phone if you do it right.
