Looking back I haven't drinked alcohol for 6 months and am a huge change. I'll see if I can post some good pictures sometime.


The thing is though if you looked up your BMI now you'd likely be obese lol, considering muscle is considerably more dense and so heaver than fat.....

BMI is OK to use a guide but not something I'd rely on.

You are correct, although I didn't lift properly back then so it was a proper indication.
Thesedays I only pay attention to BF.

You are correct, although I didn't lift properly back then so it was a proper indication.
Thesedays I only pay attention to BF.
