As mentioned by @wideputin Meta has removed PayPal.

They will probably patch PayPal and bring it back after a while.

How do you transfer money on new PP accounts? Do you transfer from your main PP to your new one, then transfer the money back to your main PP after the SE is done?

You can try finding a VCC that works for PayPal, or send money from main account to buffer account, then to another buffer account, and then to the PP acc you will be using the SE

Im doing a PP dispute with them rn. I've heard from everyone it works so hopefully it should.

The problem is, that they have removed PayPal as a payment option for most countries.

For your info:

PayPal DNA claim does not work. The seller just put in the tracking ID and the seller won the claim

You cant do much about it, it was only a test with 100€.
In this case, you have to handle it with the seller

Yes it does. META is still not responding to PayPal claims. I've seen someone mention that PayPal has been removed from META, however it is still a MOP option for Canadians.
